I conceive art from a conceptual perspective. My work flows between different media such as painting, sculpture and video. In recent years I have been an exploration of the world of aesthetic preferences and lifestyle of the contemporary subject. As a collector of images I have created serial works studying the elements of lifestyle. I appeal to certain constructions built as part of the culture that expose its traits and behaviors. Concepts such as comfort, status, and luxury are parameters which are connected with some cultural patterns that result from societal structures. My work is a commentary on the complex processes of identity formation through material culture.
