Eduardo Hernández's Statement

My photographic work explores gender conflicts and its relationship with Cuban society. I am interested in issues such as machismo, fragility, identity, the individual and his relationship with the social in the context in which I live and think.

About Eduardo Hernández

Eduardo Hernández was born in 1966.  He has been Artist in Residence, Hampshire College, Massachusetts, USA in 2011.  His works are part of the collections of  Howard Farber, New York, USA; New York Aperture Foundation, USA; Smith College Museum, Massachusetts, USA.
